Online & Onsite Registration Services
We offer online and onsite registration services, so your registrants experience smooth and easy registration. ASCENT uses IE-events an online registration services, or if you already have a preferred vendor, we can work with them. The IE-events an online registration services secures registration using SSL. All information (except credit card numbers) is stored in a Microsoft SQL database, with the ability to generate customized reports. From the reports, staff will be able to retrieve all types of registration and financial reports.

Then we can manage the speaker follow-up to obtain their travel arrangements, audio-visual needs, obtaining their bios and photos for marketing purposes, and just generally serving as their go-to resource for your event.

Whether your events need simply microphones, LCD projectors and screens, or elaborate staging and lightening, ASCENT Management staff knows how to coordinate and manage onsite and contracted A/V suppliers so your event is a pleasant and enjoyable experience for attendees. For webinars and webcasting, we have the expertise to produce your online events, with either our own technologies or those of A/V technicians. As A/V is frequently one of the most expensive aspects of an event, proper planning and management is crucial to ensuring it remains within budget.
Conference & Event Evaluation
Any program would not be complete without a post-meeting evaluation. We develop effective evaluations aimed at understanding participants’ views on the quality of program content, meeting rooms, speakers, meals, accommodations, and overall organization. We summarize the evaluations in order to gain a strong understanding of the strengths of the meeting and to identify any areas for improvement for future meetings. ASCENT Management also prepares a final financial review of revenue and expenses, and relates it to the original objectives.
